A buddy and I were commissioned to create a one-hour special on pies. My personal favorite bakery was in an eclectic Chicago neighborhood, West Town's Ukrainian Village. This story uses only natural sound. Because there’s no voiceover, sharp field producing is required, putting interviewees at ease so they can confidently communicate their story.
