I’ve produced, written and edited stories from all the continents, visited 62 countries and every U.S. and Australian state. And so, I have a broad portfolio: agriculture, business, conservation, environment, health, science, sustainability and technology.
I particularly enjoy topics involving adventure, history, preservation and economic development. I started my career globetrotting for CNN’s Travel News Unit. These days, I’m creating content for RVshare, Livability and the National Travel Center.
Over the past few years, I’ve driven 115,000 miles and counting (185,000 km) on four continents, using a diverse set of cameras to record the world's most picturesque routes and the attractions that lie along them. I've turned this passion into Beautiful Byways, the world’s only website and YouTube channel profiling America’s scenic byways with both articles and videos.
From written stories with photography to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and long-form videos, I love making content for websites, social media and organizations of all sizes.

The Road Ahead is a travel series for RVshare, the world’s first and largest peer-to-peer RV rental marketplace. The videos are released on YouTube, social media and as e-blasts and on the company's website.

RVshare wants to introduce travelers to lesser-known roads that go beyond a drive through a national or state park. So, this story includes nature preserves, vultures, a boat ride and key lime pie.

This Beautiful Byways' story profiles Utah’s top roads. With five national parks, the Beehive State is renowned for its beauty, and its widespread scenic highways equally impress with diverse attractions and activities.

45,000 views on YouTube so far! This Beautiful Byway is a treasure hunt for sandstone formations, dinosaur tracks and Plains Indian rock art in the hills and canyons of the Panhandle.

Casted, produced and directed for Pilot Pen, this branded spot illustrates how the right pen is a critical tool for a leading designer. The commercial aired on HGTV.

Project Wingman is a successful support program designed specifically for pilots. Discussing their very personal experiences, this story features three aviators in crisis who got help.

This feature profiles several small businesses in a quintessential American town. In 1898, Mutual of Enumclaw was founded by a “group of local farmers who wanted to look after each other."

I pitched the winning bid for five James Beard Foundation videos focusing on reducing food waste through the different stages of cooking, from meal prep to composting.

A producing partner and I were commissioned to create a one-hour special on American pie shops. My personal favorite bakery was this gem in an eclectic Chicago neighborhood.

I’ve created a lot of content about soybeans. The farmer profiles are my favorites because I’m surrounded by gorgeous green fields while interviewing these passionate stewards of the land.

I provided road trip video footage to BMW and Scenic America for a 2023 Earth Day campaign. The promo played in BMW showrooms and on various social media.
